Lisbon Parks & Recreation presents “Winter Fest 2018”, taking place on Saturday, January 20th from 10a-2p at Beaver Park on Pinewoods Road in Lisbon.  There will be winter activities, demos, park tours & refreshments.  It’s free to the public.  For more information, call 353-2289.

A bean supper will be held Saturday, January 27th at 5p at Auburn’s United Methodist Church on 439 Park Avenue.  Baked beans, casseroles, hot dogs, coleslaw, pies & more will be on the menu.  Cost: $8 for adults, $4 for kids & free for kids under 5.

A Bean Supper will be held Saturday, January 27th from 5-6p at the Lisbon United Methodist Church on 14 School St. in Lisbon Falls. There will be homemade baked beans, coleslaw, potato salad, ham, hot dogs, pies and more. Costs $8 for adults, $3 for children and free for children 5 and under.

A Baked Bean & Casserole Supper will take place Saturday, February 3rd from 4:30-6p at Our Lady of the Rosary Church’s Maxwell-Gill Hall, 131 High Street in Sabattus.  Cost: $9 for adults & $4 for kids.

The Auburn Public Library’s 5th Annual Teen Life Skills Series for teens 12-18 continues on Tuesdays, February 6th, 13th & 27th from 3-4p in the library’s Androscoggin Community Room at 49 Spring Street in Auburn.  In honor of “Dating Violence Awareness Month”, educators from Safe Voice & The Sexual Assault Prevention & Response Services will teach teens what it takes for a healthy relation.  For more information, call 333-6640, ext 4.

Seniors Plus in collaboration with the Alzheimer’s Association have monthly support group meetings, designed to provide emotional, educational, and social support for people in the early stages of Alzheimer’s Disease or another form of dementia.  They will be held at Seniors Plus on 8 Falcon Road in Lewiston.  There’s no fee but pre-registration is required.  For more information about dates and time or to register, call 1-800-427-1241, ext 3728.
